We supply, install, stock, and maintain a premium protein vending machine in your gym at zero cost to you. In return, you receive 20% of every sale made through the machine, paid monthly. There are no upfront costs, no ongoing fees, and no long-term contracts required.
Correct — 100% zero cost. We provide the VCM 3000 machine, deliver it, install it professionally, stock it with product, and handle all ongoing maintenance and restocking. Your gym earns revenue without any investment whatsoever.
We partner with CrossFit boxes, independent gyms, recreational centres, physio and rehab clinics, yoga and pilates studios, martial arts facilities, climbing gyms — any fitness-focused space with regular member traffic. We're flexible and happy to discuss whether your facility is a good fit.
We operate on month-to-month terms with no long-term commitment required. We're confident that once your members discover the machine, you'll want to keep it permanently — but we never lock you in. Either party can end the arrangement with reasonable notice.
Stocking & Products
Restocking frequency depends on your gym's sales volume. Our machines are equipped with DEX telemetry that monitors inventory in real time, so we know what's running low before it empties. We'll work with you to establish a stocking schedule that fits your gym's traffic — typically weekly or bi-weekly for active locations.
Absolutely. When you fill out our partner intake form, you can select the products you want stocked. We'll tailor the machine's product mix to your membership demographics and preferences. You can also request product changes at any time through our stock request form — no hassle.
We monitor sales data for every slot in every machine. If something isn't moving, we'll proactively recommend a swap and replace it with something that will. Our goal is maximum revenue for both you and us — so a slow-selling product benefits no one.
Payments & Revenue
Revenue is calculated monthly based on total sales through your machine. We'll send you a monthly statement and transfer your 20% share. Payment terms and method will be confirmed during our initial setup meeting. Most partners receive their first payment within 30–45 days of the machine going live.
Based on typical gym vending activity, partners earn approximately $119–$262/month per machine (conservative to optimistic range). Gyms with higher member counts and traffic toward the higher end. These are projections based on industry benchmarks — your actual results will depend on your specific membership and machine placement.
The VCM 3000 accepts all major payment methods: credit and debit cards (tap and chip), contactless payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay, and traditional cash and coin. No member will be left unable to make a purchase due to payment method.
Logistics & Maintenance
We handle all maintenance and repairs — that's entirely our responsibility, not yours. If there's a mechanical issue, contact us and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible. Our machines are commercial grade and built for reliability, but issues do occasionally happen and we're fully equipped to address them promptly.
The VCM 3000 is 72" tall × 30" wide × 32.67" deep (approx. 183cm × 76cm × 83cm), weighing 300kg. It requires a standard 110V power outlet. We'll do a site visit before installation to confirm placement and ensure the machine is positioned for maximum visibility and member access.
